RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Refunds:
We believe in providing the best possible online shopping experience to our customers, and thus if you don't like what you received, we will gladly accept any of our unopened products for a full refund. We offer a 30 day - no questions asked - return policy within 30 days of purchase. This policy is applicable on all of our products, including prescription contact lenses.

If you wish to return a product, kindly email us at lenslodotcom@gmail.com and use "Return Request" in the subject of the email. We will get back to you with the required steps and the return merchandise authorization (RMA) number needed in order to initiate the request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and cash amount will be sent to you via JazzCash/Easypaisa within 7 days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lenslodotcom@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
